2019 - 2020 was the Inaugural Year for our chapter, made possible because of the visionary support of Dr. Pamela Luster and Dr. Isabel O'Connor, who served as sponsors and advisors.

As a division of the national American Association for Women in Community Colleges, the San Diego Chapter provides education, career development, and advancement to women educators and students and their supporters at community colleges. We are committed to equity and education of all women.
